Your data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Processing your application for an Offer and connecting you with the relevant Partner.
• Verifying your eligibility and identity to prevent fraud.
• Communicating with you via WhatsApp, email or phone while we follow up on your application.
• Improving the Site and aggregate analytics.
• Meeting our legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations.

• Signup data: retained for as long as needed to process your application, then up to 3 years from your last contact, for follow-up and relationship purposes.
• Accounting and tax data: retained for up to 10 years in accordance with applicable law.
• Technical logs: retained for 12 months for security purposes.

Your data may be shared with:

• Afftik’s internal teams authorised to process your application;
• the Partner(s) related to the Offers you apply to;
• our technical subcontractors (hosting, messaging providers, CRM, analytics), strictly bound by data-processing agreements;

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some of our technical subcontractors may operate outside the United States. Where applicable, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy decisions.
