Terms of Service

The Afftik Site is a referral platform that connects adult visitors with financial partners (banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment solutions, investment platforms). Afftik does not itself provide any banking, payment, lending or investment service: only the partner is responsible for the service you sign up for.

Afftik acts as an independent referral partner and is compensated by a commission paid by the partner for each qualified user it introduces and the partner validates.

• Site: all pages, forms and features available at the address of this service, operated by Afftik.
• User: any adult individual who accesses the Site and submits a signup form for an offer.
• Partner: a third-party (bank, fintech, neobank, regulated financial entity) with which the User signs up after being introduced by Afftik.
• Offer: a partner program promoted on the Site, including a welcome reward paid to the User by the Partner once eligibility is confirmed.
• Reward: the amount paid to the User by the Partner once their signup is approved. Afftik does not pay any amount to the User on its own behalf.

The Site is freely accessible 24/7 to any person with internet access. Internet connection costs are the User’s responsibility.

Afftik reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt all or part of the Site at any time, without notice and without compensation, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

By submitting an application for an Offer, you represent and warrant that you:

• are an individual aged 18 or older;
• reside in a country accepted by the target Partner;
• are not already a customer of the Partner under the Offer in question (unless the Offer explicitly says otherwise);
• provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information at signup.

Any inaccurate, fraudulent or incomplete statement may lead to the immediate rejection of your application, without compensation, and may expose you to liability.

You sign up for an Offer through the online form. After submission, Afftik acknowledges receipt and, where appropriate, contacts you via WhatsApp to finalise your application with the Partner.

You agree to:

• respond to Afftik’s and the Partner’s outreach in a timely manner;
• complete the identity verification (KYC) process required by the Partner;
• retain signup evidence until the reward is actually paid out.

The amounts shown on Offer pages reflect the maximum reward granted by the Partner at the time of publication. They may change at any time based on the Partner’s commercial terms.

The Reward is conditional on full approval of your application by the Partner (confirmed identity, first deposit, first transaction or any other criterion set by the Partner). Afftik cannot be held responsible if a Partner declines to validate an application when eligibility criteria are not met.

The Reward is paid by Afftik after receiving the corresponding commission from the Partner, typically within 1 to 60 days depending on the Partner.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, money-laundering or illegal-financing purposes;
• submit multiple applications under fake or borrowed identities;
• transfer or resell any Offers or Partner accounts to third parties;
• attempt to circumvent, disable or compromise the Site’s security measures;
• copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any of the Site’s content withoutAfftik’s written consent.

Any breach of these obligations may lead to the immediate rejection of your application, account deletion and, where appropriate, civil and criminal proceedings.

Afftik uses all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Site, but cannot guarantee its completeness or permanence. You are invited to consult each Partner’s own terms before signing up.

Afftik shall in no event be liable for:

• a Partner’s refusal to open, suspend or close an account;
• any direct or indirect consequences related to using a Partner’s service;
• damages caused by improper use of the Site by the User;
• force majeure events, technical outages or service interruptions outside its control.

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, illustrations, layout, source code) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent from Afftik.

Third-party marks, logos and signs mentioned on the Site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and rights granted to data subjects.

Afftik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version that applies is the one in effect on the day you use the Site. Material changes will be notified to registered users by any appropriate means.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts.
